Scope
Sourcing is best-effort and dependent on suppliers and third parties.
No Guarantee
Availability, pricing, condition, and timelines are not guaranteed.
Payment
Processing begins only after verified payment.
Non-Refundable Costs
Deposits and supplier-related costs may be non-refundable.
Third-Party Dependence
We rely on suppliers, logistics providers, and authorities.
Liability
We are not responsible for supplier errors, delays, or regulatory issues.
Confirmation
Customer must verify specifications before final commitment.
Acceptance
Proceeding confirms agreement to these terms.
Governing law: This Sourcing Policy is governed by the laws of Ghana.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can attempt an internal resolution. If we cannot resolve the issue, either party may refer the matter to ADR in Ghana under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798), before proceeding to the courts in Ghana where applicable.
